UT Students = dense, high-bandwidth area to test in

Putting fiber in two areas (“West Campus” and “North Campus”) around the University of Texas campus would be an interesting experiment for Google. These two areas are very very dense with students. People in this age range are high consumers of media and use significantly more bandwidth than your average internet user.
